S. Gary Werley has been an attorney in Fort Worth, Texas, for more than 25 years. In 1997, he was a partner in Bishop, Payne, Williams & Werley, a multi-lawyer firm with considerable litigation and other representation, but found a great deal of time taken up with the necessary administrative distractions of that size firm.
